Twin 60oz Diplomat (CAV)

Capacity: This machine will produce up to 2,400 small one ounce serving bags per hour (120 small one-ounce serving bags per popping cycle).

Cretors exclusive one-piece, automatic lid jump-up design along with the nickel plated all-steel kettle featuring a counter balance dump and return system makes popping and dumping corn easy. Other features include tempered safety glass, Vyvak® doors, cycling pilot light, digital temperature controls, stainless-steel interior and a drop shelf. The Halogen lighting system illuminates the cabinet, providing bright merchandising. The popcorn is kept fresh and crisp by Cretors high-powered Cornditioner system, which maintains the popcorn at just the right temperature for serving up big profits. The 3ft Stainless-steel base includes a resealable corn bin that keeps corn seed fresh and dry.

Stir Blade

Located inside of the kettle and works to agitate the corn into popped product. Can be damaged / bent to unusable condition over time from lack of cleaning.

Clip - Motor Drive

Located near the top of the agitator motor drive shaft (stir blade spinner). Seems to be misplaced and lost when cleaning the machine and is often referred to as the round / circle clip.

Cover Retaining Spring

Located on top of the kettle cover and helps to keep the cover on while popping. Can often be misplaced during the cleaning / removal process.

Stir Blade Retaining Spring

Located inside of the kettle and works to secure the stir blade to the motor drive shaft. Removed every night when the stir blade is cleaned, so can be misplaced and lost in this cleaning process.

Oil Discharge Tube

Delivers the Oil from Pump Tubing and Discharges the Oil into the Kettle. Can often be damaged due to location within the kettle.
