Hi,
Our single kettle popper tripped a breaker this morning and sparked at the plug when we plugged it back in from resetting the breaker. We called our local electrician out to check the outlet. The outlet tested fine, so he tested different parts of the popper to try and identify where the problem was and has determined the problem is coming from the kettle. We need to request service on our popper as it is currently out of commission. We do have a second popper that we are currently using.
